Avocado Toast with Turkey & Deviled Eggs

Pan fry the bread with a little bit of butter and olive oil and garlic powder until it’s nicely toasted to your liking

Bake the turkey breast, covered with foil at 350 degrees for about an hour to hour and a half

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for about 45 min to an hour

Thinly slice avocado and squeeze a little bit of lime and a little bit of sea salt on it

Thinly slice the turkey deli style and place on bread, along with paprika, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onions, thinly sliced tomato, and then crumble feta cheese on it. Cut a couple leaves of parsley really small and sprinkle it on top

Cut potatoes in any fashion you want. Season them, fry for 1-2 min, take out of fryer, let rest for 5 min, then put back in fryer for another 2-3 min. Top with sea salt

Boil eggs for 5-6 min. Take them out and run cold water on them. Let sit in cold water for about 20 min or put in freezer for about 5-10 min or until completely cooled down

Crack eggs, slice in half, take the yoke out, put in a bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of Feta cheese crumble, and about 4-5 leaves of fresh cilantro cut up very small

Chop a quarter onion really small and put it in, as well as a tablespoon of spicy brown mustard, salt, pepper, paprika. Season to liking

Squeeze a little bit of lime and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix together. Now place the mix into the white slices of the hard-boiled eggs. Top off with a little bit paprika and black pepper. Place on 3-4 leaves of baby spinach. Plate it and enjoy
