Gently separate the skin from the turkey breast by sliding your fingers under the skin. Rub rub half of the Finlandia Salted Butter under the skin. Tie the legs together and tuck the wings underneath the turkey.
Rub remaining Finlandia Salted Butter all over outside of turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Place turkey in a large roasting pan, breast up. Place cut vegetables in the pan around the turkey. Add chicken broth.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and position the rack on the lower third of the oven. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes, or until thigh temp reaches 180 degrees. Let rest for 30 minutes. Place on a platter with vegetables.
