Honey Mustard Pecan Crusted Organic Chicken
A perfectly crusted chicken dish that is protein-rich, gluten-free and guess what! It's totally crowd-pleaser! Follow the recipe to prepare it at your next dinner party.
Ingredients
2 cup Wellsley Farms Pecans, finely chopped
2 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/3 cup FRENCH’S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Organic Honey
1/3 cup Wellsley Farms Unsalted Butter, melted
4 organic boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 375°. Toss together chopped pecans and seasoned salt in a shallow baking dish; set aside

Combine mustard with honey and melted butter in a small bowl. Brush over chicken, discarding excess

Roll chicken in chopped nuts, pressing firmly

Arrange chicken on an oiled rack set over the rimmed baking sheet

Bake until 165° at thickest part, 45 to 50 min
