Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Crafting the perfect espresso beverage at home in just minutes with a rich Starbucks® Espresso Roast using your Nespresso® machine for a barista-style treat.
Ingredients
2 shots espresso brewed from Starbucks® Veranda Blend® whole bean coffee (or Starbucks® by Nespresso® Blonde Espresso Roast capsules)
2 tsp light brown sugar
6 oz (or ¾ cup) unsweetened oatmilk
1 1/2 cups ice
Directions
- Prepare 2 shots of espresso using Starbucks® Veranda Blend® whole bean coffee. This can be done using a stove-top moka pot or by brewing Starbucks® by Nespresso® Blonde Espresso Roast capsules for a more authentic café-style espresso. Pour the espresso into a glass.
- While the espresso is still hot, stir in 2 tsp of light brown sugar until fully dissolved. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the sweetened espresso, 6 oz of unsweetened oatmilk, and 1 1/2 cups of ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.
- Pour into a tall glass. Finish off by adding a dash of cinnamon on top.
