Preheat oven to 400°

Place carrot in foil tray with olive oil- toss around to coat each carrot

Roast in over for about 15 minutes or until crisp tender

In Saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, maple syrup and pepper flakes.

Heat until butter is melted and all ingredients are incorporated
