I used to make lamb Kabsah meat over yellow rice I fried the shanks 2 mins each side then add water and spices cook for 20 mins in pressure cooker or 45 mins on regular pan then drain the liquid add spice to make rice and cut the fall from bone meat above serve 2 persons

unable to use. I froze right away after delivery and seeing a 3 day expiration date. I unthawed a week later and opened package to braise and it smelled awful! I did not eat of course and since I purchased a week prior and expiration date expired I did not seek a refund.

I was excited to get home and to prepare one of my favorite meats. But instead, I opened the package and could immediately tell that the meat was spoiled by its ammonia—like unpleasant odor that is noticeably different from the normal smell of fresh lamb.
