    This premium mix of grass seed has been meticulously chosen with input from leading universities to thrive with less water. This blend is a mixture of premium variteies of turf-type tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass and fine fescue cultivars.

    The seed is coated with WaterGard(r) Nutrient Package(r) which is used to help battle a big homeowner issue; seed drying out prior to germination. This seed comes to BJ's from Mountain View Seeds which is a part of Pratum Co-op in Salem, Oregon. Mountain View is an American Farmer-Owned company.
