Bruce's cut yams
I made sweet potato casserole for about 30 people at our tailgate for the Eagles football game. Everyone loves it and is requested every year. Bruce's yams are the only canned yams I will use and that BJs carried the 4 pack of them was a win win for me!!

I have been eating this brand of yams all my life 60+ years and the quality has gone down hill fast. Potatoes were all different sizes, shapes, and color. It really lacked flavor too. I am very disappointed in this product.

I'm not big on short cuts especially for the holidays however Bruce's yams are a family favorite for my candied yams at Thanksgiving. My guests enjoy them better than hand peeled sweet potatoes! When there ARE "leftovers", which is rare, they are used to make pie!
