Crazy about cauliflowers
I cannot say enough good things about this product. I would make a special trip to the club just to buy a bag of cauliflower florets. My favorite recipe is very simple. Easy to use and prepare
I love that this cauliflower is ready to go and it's a big bag for my large family but this time it turned brown so fast that I ended up throwing most of it away. The flavor was good so i gave it 3 stars and i will give it another try and hope I just got a bad batch.
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising how fresh, crunchy, and convenient the ready-to-cook cauliflower florets are for quick meals and meal prep. The main downside is inconsistent freshness and short shelf life after opening, with several reports of black spots, mushiness, or mold, plus occasional complaints about taste or uneven cooking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient, Fresh, and Perfect for Everyday Cooking I regularly buy Cauliflower Florets, 2 lbs. and have been very satisfied with the quality. The florets are fresh, clean, and ready to use, which saves a lot of preparation time in the kitchen. I especially like that they are pre-washed, making meal preparation quick and convenient. I often cook them with potatoes to make a simple and delicious side dish, and they also work well in curries and stir-fries. The florets cook evenly and maintain a good texture and flavor. Overall, this is a great product for busy families looking for a healthy and convenient vegetable option. Highly recommended!

What I notice with BJ's is they really trying to have the best produce represented at their stores. This case in is true the cauliflower florettes I bought recently they were so fresh no markings on them at all. It's the first time I ever bought them in a bag. I usually buy a head of cauliflower so I was very pleased with this product.#sweepstakes
