- The grill’s cast-iron grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean and retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks
- Use the warming rack for indirect cooking and to keep food warm. Remove it for easy cleaning and when you need a more open primary cooking area
- Two large side shelves provide ample space to set plates, tools, sauces and rubs while you grill

I will be returning the grill to Char Broil. Have not used yet but was very disappointed in the CHEAPNESS of construction of the 375 Stone unit compared to the CharBroil Commercial series unit it replaced. Flimsy and not durable.

I love it !!! Now I need new grates for it and am having trouble finding them. I need 2 sets . It's a 3-burner grill, and the grates turned greenish and yellowish . I haven't been able to use it for over a month, and I grill several times a week.

The grill works great, however it arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The finish on the corners was rubbered off on two of the lid's corners, the powder coating was rubbed off in areas, and the there were areas that were dented and bent. Better packaging would help prevent this.
