    Customers say

Overall sentiment is strongly positive, with reviewers consistently praising how quickly it boils, how easy it is to use, and the helpful tea-infuser design. The main drawback is a small number of reports about leakage and minor convenience quirks, like the top design or slower heating in a few cases.
