Choripaisa Colombian-style pork sausages are a combination of fresh ingredients, and spices that make them a great appetizer or meal for your next BBQ. Made with fresh and never frozen pork, the meat is first ground and mixed, then sausages are stuffed and hung and transferred to trays for packaging. All are vacuum-packed to provide longer shelf life. They are delicious grilled or sauteed, and make a great addition to any recipe calling for chorizo. The delicious smoky flavor and crunchiness of the onions are highlights of this product. This product can be prepared on the grill (gas or charcoal), skillet, broiler, allow about 10 minutes to fully cook or until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
