    Choripaisa Colombian-style pork sausages are a combination of fresh ingredients, and spices that make them a great appetizer or meal for your next BBQ. Made with fresh and never frozen pork, the meat is first ground and mixed, then sausages are stuffed and hung and transferred to trays for packaging. All are vacuum-packed to provide longer shelf life. They are delicious grilled or sauteed, and make a great addition to any recipe calling for chorizo.
