Cooper sharp is the best product for cheesesteaks BJ's has the best price quality and will cut to your liking. Try some now. Good football weather for making Cooper sharp cheesesteaks with fried onions or mushrooms. Also can't beat the price cheaper by $2 then the grocery stores.

I love the Cooper cheese! They make great grilled cheese sandwiches. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the cheese was not separated well. Unfortunately this cheese sticks together. Usually when I get it it is placed on the paper with 3 to a piece with a piece in between each layer. I understand this is more work (trust me, I worked in a deli and had to do this) and involves putting more paper in between the layers, but unfortunately that's really the only way you can get them apart without tearing each slice.
