    I usually have no problem with this item. I was quite surprised when I found the rusty cans in the unopened case. Needless to say I returned the case to bjs.

    I grew up on canned vegetables fresh are better but you should always have these on hand I add a little garlic powder and onion powder you can subtract some of the water if you're watching the salt add some fillered water back serve with a starch and protein
