    This product includes delivery and installation by an authorized Gorilla Playsets installer. The actual installation will be approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the date of order

    Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier; you will be notified beforehand if additional fees are required

    Gorilla Playsets will ship the playset to their closest installation branch. A representative from the branch will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your playset to schedule an installation date

    An authorized installer will deliver and install your playset. Installation can generally be completed in one day. Prior to the installer's arrival, entire installation area must be cleared, and grade must be level within 3'

    Please contact your local town office before ordering your swing set to determine if there are any restrictions or if a permit is needed. If a permit is required, it is the homeowners' responsibility to acquire the permit

    Customer is responsible for complying with any Homeowner's association regulations and/or local municipality restrictive covenants. Customer or authorized adult representative must be home during installation
