Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Buttermilk, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic*, Onion*, Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate, Spices, Citric Acid, Less Than 1% of: Calcium Stearate, Artificial Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Carboxymethylcellulose, Guar Gum, Natural Flavors. *Dried Contains: Milk, Soy. Instructions for Use: For fresh dressing, in a bowl, combine 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayonnaise with 3 tablespoons of mix. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Chill 30 minutes to thicken. Stir before serving. For fresh dip, in a bowl, combine 16 ounces sour cream with 3 tablespoons of mix. For less fat and fewer calories, use low fat or fat free mayonnaise or sour cream.
