These franks are handcrafted the old-fashioned way using quality pork, beef, and veal, select spices, and a natural lamb casing for a taste and slight snap to the bite uniquely Hofmann. They are hand-tied and linked butcher-style in the bag. No fillers, by-products, artificial colors, or artificial flavors are used. Hofmann products are fully cooked. These franks can be grilled, pan-fried, or air fried to be eaten traditionally in a bun or they can be cut up and included in recipes. Minimal prep time makes Hofmann German Franks easy and quick to prepare and serve. This pack size is perfect for a large family, gathering, or cookout. Hofmann hot dogs and sausages, if sealed properly before the expiration date, can also be good for up to a year in the freezer.
