These “white hots” are an Upstate New York tradition and modeled after old-world white German sausages. They are a hybrid between a sausage and a hot dog due to their size and texture. Snappys are made with quality pork and veal, dried non-fat milk, egg whites, select spices, and natural lamb casing for a taste and slight snap to the bite uniquely Hofmann. No fillers, by-products, artificial colors, or artificial flavors are used. They are gluten-free. Hofmann products are fully cooked. Snappy Grillers can be grilled, pan-fried, or air-fried to be eaten traditionally in a bun or they can be cut up and included in recipes. Minimal prep time makes Hofmann Snappy Grillers easy and quick to prepare and serve. This pack size is perfect for a large family, gathering, or cookout. Hofmann hot dogs and sausages, if sealed properly before the expiration date, can also be good for up to a year in the freezer.
