This product completely stopped working after 5 months of light use and BJ's completely walked away from the product and said good luck talking to the manufacturer. At this price point that's completely unacceptable.

I found this chair in the store as an out of the box deal. I saved significantly, but did not sacrifice the quality of this amazing chair.

I use this chair to relax after a hard days work. I like the technology because I am a bit tall yet the message ports are still relatively comfortable and the mechanical massage ports don't "stab" at me.

Purchased this chair for my husband's bad back. He loves sitting in this chair cause it helps relieve some of the pain in his lower back.

I have a lot of back and neck problems & this chair has been great. I work nights & sink right into it in the morning. The downsides are that I can't use the foot massage because it is so low, im too short. Also, I wish the massage was stronger, I dont feel it as much as I do in other chairs, such as the ones in the spa & gym.
