Lipton Diet Green Tea -Citrus
We love your Diet Green Tea w/ Citrus. However the last three 12 packs we have bought were so hard to open we actually had to use plyers to grip and turn to top to open. Very frustrating.

Why so hard to open!
Love the tea and drink it almost daily, but even the most burly man (6'2", 250+ pounds, hands the size of oven mitts) in my work center had a hard time getting the cap off. And that was after 3 other men tried to open it. No other drink I have ever encountered has had a cap that was impossible to op...
Customers say
Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising the refreshing citrus-green tea flavor and low-/zero-calorie appeal that helps replace soda. The biggest recurring drawbacks are product consistency concerns (taste changes, sweetness, and occasional watered-down or flat bottles) and a difficult-to-open, overly tight cap.

My go to - I dislike water - so this is the only thing I drink. I add Airborne to it at times - kicks up citrus flavor if you like that!

Since diabetes in 2008, Lipton diet green tea has been the only thing I can drink without my blood levels going high. I buy 3 cases every 3 weeks with water as well. Wish you would keep coupons available always.
