Meiomi Bright California Pinot Noir Red Wine offers unique structure and complexity in a lower alcohol pinot noir wine. Crafted with grapes grown in some of California's finest vineyards, the clusters are picked at the peak of ripeness to ensure the perfect balance of richness and vibrancy. The grapes used to make our Pinot Noir are picked at optimum ripeness to deliver dark fruit characteristics and deep color unique to Meiomi. Aging with 100% French Oak allows the sweet and structural influences from the oak to mingle seamlessly with the rich fruit and ripe tannins to create a plush wine style unlike any other. 'Spinning cone' technology is used in the final winemaking stage to reduce alcohol content without losing aroma, resulting in a well-balanced, richly flavored, and complex wine with a lower alcohol level. Bright Pinot Noir is a lower-alcohol wine with 90 calories per glass and 8% ABV. It features aromas of black cherry and toasty oak, with flavors of strawberry and toasted mocha. Aged with French oak and produced using spinning cone technology to maintain flavor while reducing alcohol, resulting in a well-balanced wine with a silky finish. For optimal enjoyment of this red wine, store this 750ml bottle of wine at room temperature, but chill for approximately one hour before serving.
