I was so disappointed to find this product contained aspartame after I had opened and consumed the product. I trusted the brand so I didn't expect it to contain such an unhealthy product.

I just started using Metamucil and had to figure out how to drink it without it being an ordeal . I put the powder in an empty water bottle and add one cup of orange Gatorade and shake vigorously. It is so easy to drink and taste great .ism happy I can do this because it is important for my well being
