Awesome product but I...
Awesome product but I think people are confused with amount to consume. One serving size is 3 gummies with a maximum of 3 servings per day. So you can take up to 9 gummies a day if needed. I'm currently taking 6 per day which is working great for me.

Metamucil Fiber Gummies is a fiber supplement.. it promotes digestive health. It is a prebioticplant based fiber blend. There is no sugar added. A possible change in bowel habits or bloating, I have not had any changes. I'm really not clear the purpose of this product. Regular bowel movements?
