Was leary about buying furniture you could not actually sit on but we sat on the ottoman for a reference. It was nice and firm. Instructions were pretty good. We only had 1 piece that didn't quite fit right so we had to adjust the hardware a little bit. It's for basement so hoping it will hold up for a long time.

The couch was delivered and came in three separate boxes. Easy to put together and I purchased the matching ottoman. It's comfortable and the fabric cleans easily. Was on sale, good purchase and I would recommend.

Fits our space perfectly. I bought two!

Originally I was looking for a sectional module sofa, shopped at many local stores and online ended up with buying two BJ sofas as alternatives . The sofa with a sleek light beige grayish color can easily blend in with either modern or traditional styles , the fabric feels soft and smooth , looks elegant, and cushions are firm at the beginning but as time goes, it turns softer and comfortable better than other stores on both qualities/styles and price . I have been sitting on it for nearly three months and like them more and more.

Simple to put together in a day. Only need one person. Comfy and big!

I use it almost every day ~ when I watch the news. Or sit down to start a book ~ but then I have to find something else to do ~ like mass compliment all of you in Bowie, PG. Co. MD, for all of your great customer service, in and out of our local store. This is the excellent complement to my ModLuxe Chair and Ottoman in gray. I highly recommend it. I got it at a HUGE discount and it's well worth the price. "Bev," my personal shopper, helped me afterward to contact "Handy" the BJ's put it together, b/c I didn't realize it didn't come with it ~ whoops. As if I could do that! An excellent "Handy" rep came as soon as "Bev" helped me "hook it up" literally ~ your reps are hilarious, in store and on-line etc and esp at our local store. A perfect job ~ of course!

i recently moved into a smaller apartment and needed something smaller than my sectional. this couch is perfect size and firmness. fits just right and very comfortable.

This couch is firm, comfortable, easy to assemble, and worth the price. If you're on the fence about buying it, I'd recommend going for it.

The sofa is great but one of the throw pillows that came with it had a broken zipper right out of the box. Delivery driver told me to take it to the store, store asked if I bought it instore or online, said I needed to contact BJs.com , was offered a $10 gift card and I said a new pillow would cost 💲 35 and I was then told I should contact the manufacturer which is in Vietnam. Makes me rethink if I should use the online shopping option in the future as this was my first experience and customer service/care leaves a lot to be desired.

Our apartment door is very small so we went for a modular option, incredibly easy to move the 4 boxes into the apartment. Installation was simple, but would recommend you add some WD-40 or other simple lubricant on the metal brackets when sliding them in, helped immensely as some of the pieces would get stuck. Overall we built the whole thing in about 30 minutes, with another 30 in cleanup and unpacking. The sofa is comfortable, on the firmer side, but spacious and easy to nap on. Would recommend.
