    Very disappointing

    The top above the burner has rusted and the blade rusted. I called customer service and they said it was under warranty but they can't help me because it doesn't cover rusting. I would not advise purchasing this due to my experience.

    Excellent capacity! So easy to use and consistently cooks my food properly with a great crispy outer crust. It heats quickly and runs wonderfully. Love it! Air fryers are amazing, I could not imagine life without one

    My old air fryer was on its last leg. So I bought a different beautiful air fryer. The issue with that beautiful purchased was that it did not have separate baskets. When I had to wash it, it was like hurling a marlin (too cumbersome). So, I upgraded to this more superior brand and love it. Much easier to cook and wash.

    Just purchased this dual basket air fryer, if you use only one basket everythings cooks right, however since purchased when using both baskets does not cook well ll and takes much longer, as an example a basket of crispy fries takes about 10-11 minutes, when you use both baskets it takes around 30 minutes to cook and not even crispy as they sholud be.

    Great to cook a full meal. You can't use the drawers together or separately, working at different temperatures and timings to make your meals with ease. Lightweight and doesn't take up much room on the counter. Easy to use and clean.

    The Ninja DualZone Air Fryer has made a huge difference with cooking meals. I love that I can cook 2 different items at one time and both be done at the same time It does not put off a lot of heat which is great for cooking during the summer months. I have not had any issues other than needing to cook a little longer or higher temp for crisping. This is a highly recommended product for me.
