Not as healthy as homemade granola. Tastes oily. Portion is very small, it was gone in 2 sittings. It's a good snack though better than eating a drive through hamburger.

I have been on Keto for a couple of years now, and one of the biggest change made was removing sugar. Nutrait Granola is a nice alternative and contains healthier sugar substitutes. I avoid anything containing aspartame, dextrose, maltrodexrin, and sucralose because they are NOT healthy.
