    Customers say

Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with reviewers consistently praising strong heating performance, good size/functionality for everyday countertop use, and solid build quality. The main drawbacks mentioned are the child-lock/unlock flow requiring extra button presses, plus a few specific issues like mediocre defrosting and a wobbly/ill-fitting glass turntable plate.

My microwave died on 12/23, my entire family was arriving on the 27 th. I ordered the Panasonic from BJ's on the eveing of the 23, my daughter picked it up om the 26. Someone was nice enough to put it in her car. My family arrived, stayed 3 days, and had a really great time all together. I was a little surprised things worked out so well. I am 78 now, don't know just how many more Christmases we will all have together. BJ's saved the day !

This microwave is smaller than the last one we had, but I really like the size. Very easy to use and I like the child lock system though we don't have small children. Good buy for the price.
