Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 180F.
