Perdue whole Cornish hens with giblets are great for roasting, grilling, or even deep-frying. Wrapped individually, these Cornish hens come two (2) to a package and are shipped fresh. Hatched, raised, and harvested in the USA, these chickens are raised cage-free, without antibiotics, fed an all-vegetarian diet, have no animal by-products and no hormones or steroids added. Cooking instructions: If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator. Rinse hen inside and out, pat dry. BAKE: Season hen inside and out. Roast at 350-degrees F for approximately one hour. The hen is done when internal temperature reaches 180-degrees F. GRILL: Split hen. Season to taste. Grill hen five to six inches from heat source for 35 to 45 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
