    The Playzone Kidtrix Deluxe Doorway Play System is your solution so you can inspire active play each and every day. This indoor swing set system is installed in five minutes or less with a sturdy, metal doorway bar and two vice grips. Once installed, the kids can use the included swing, hammock and monkey bar for fun and active play inside the home. There is no hardware needed to set up the bar; just a compatible door frame. The entire install is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply place 2 vice grips at the correct height, insert the bar to extend across the doorway, and hang the swing. The included accessories can be adjusted for kids of all sizes, up to 150 lbs.

    Compatible doorways include standard builder grade wood frame with a minimum exterior width of 3.5". Minimum width from inside of door jamb to outside of door frame should be 3", and maximum width from inside of door jamb to outside of door frame should be 5". Doorway bar fits doorway sizes 26”-36” wide. Non-compatible doorframes include: metal, sliding barn, pocket, prefabricated (mobile home), sliding glass and archways.

    3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return”" link next to the item you would like to return.
    4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
    5. Select “Continue.”
    6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email within 3-5 business days (often sooner), with complete return instructions.     Damaged Orders
    If a signature is required please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. For further assistance, contact BJ’s Member Care. Do not discard the boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.



    Shipping Error
    If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process.
