The sauce is a little thin but very tasty, the cider flavor comes through without being too sweet. The ravioli were not too heavy and the filling had some texture without being too sweet either. There was a few bites where there was a subtle flavor that I wasn't crazy about (hard to describe) but overall was pleasantly surprised and would get it again. 4.5 stars.
