Delicious Pork Loin Center Cut
I roasted the pork center cut loin roast in the oven by coating it with olive oil then sprinkling salt, pepper, and rosemary on it. I also made several slits in the roast and put fresh sliced garlic in the slits. It was so flavorful and tender. I would definitely purchase another one.
