The fish had good flavor but was a challenge to prep. The skin easily separated from the filet before cooking and kept falling apart.

I was astonished when I walked out. The lines were long, but before you knew it, one of the team members came up and started directing us and made it so easy. I stood there less than three minutes from the time I joined the line to walking out the door at first glance the line seem like it was gonna last forever, but a team member and I'm sorry I don't have her name took action and that made it a perfect day really and truly I was thinking of putting the things back when I saw the line, but I was so impressed with how quickly she moved that line.
