We seperate the packaged tenderloins into ziplock bags, 4 per bag, and freeze. Thaw 1 ziplock bag for a meal and season tenders with salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash. Put 2 tbls of olive oil in cast iron and place in a cold oven. Set oven for 400. When oven reaches temp, remove skillet, brown tenders in the hot oil in skillet on top of stove, 15 seconds a side. No need for additional heat under the skillet. Return to oven for 10 minutes, turn tenders over, cook another 10 minutes and their done! Tender, juicy, flavorful! Great seved with any side!

We use this for chicken tenders and we also use this chicken for our dogs. Very reasonably priced and very tender meat easy to shred with your fingers. Just like the name says the meat is very tender. We also like to sauté chicken with spaghetti sauce and cheese over it.!
