Westinghouse is a incompetent and greedy!

First, I'd like to say that BJs was not responsible for the initial return or exchange once the t.v. broke after their return policy, which is 90 days. Unfortunately, my purchase was 4 months ago. Westinghouse products are a joke, and the claims department is a bigger one. They waste ur time, they ...waste ur warranty time, they never escalate to management, they never actually file a claim, and they lie. I bought a Westinghouse TV on April 7th, and in July it turned off and stopped working. The TV was stuck in recovery mode, and the internet said, it seemed to be having a hardware issue or a corrupted file since resetting was not working. 1st the agent was wanted to play games: Her: it is unplugged great. now find the reset button. Me: got it Her: how do u know? Me: it says reset and I've done this already Her: hold it in for 15 seconds. Me: done. Her: turn on the TV. It was unplugged.. so, did u need me to plug it in before the reset, wtf is she doing? Her: yes. I plug it in. I tell her the TV is plugged in and turned on n recover mode is still there.. Her: okay good. Find the reset button. Me: I got it.. Her: how do u know? Me: well bish, cause we just did this.. Her: hold it for 15 seconds and I'll tell u when to let go. Me: okay, holds it and she tells me after minutes not 15 seconds.. Her: okay, now turn on the tv.. 🙄🙄 girl the TV. is on. Me: can I get a manager? Her: They will call u back. Me: No, I want u to transfer me, now. Then, I had to hang up because she refused to serve me afterwards. I call back, same thing happens. I start an email, and they are telling me the same thing. Then, they tell me that they need my roku account email and they will send over the issue to them and they will factory reset it, which can take up to 5 days. STOP LYING, thats impossible. This is fraud! Then, they are asking me for the photos, serial and model numbers over and over. I will never buy a Westinghouse product ever again. This was my first and LAST time dealing with them and their products! Yall are that strapped for 81 dollars? Wow, what a GREEDY & INCOMPETENT BUSINESS!
