A core range of well-aged whiskeys are perfected in exceptional finishing barrels, sourced from the finest cooperages around the world, including right here, in their own backyard. Surrounded by nature's bounty, they distill genuine, farm-to-glass whiskey. They harvest their own crops each year, seed experimental grains, and they've perfected a custom toast/char profile for their local, sustainably harvested Vermont Estate Oak barrels. On the palate it's powerfully spicy, with cocoa, cardamom and cured leather flavors. The finish is wonderfully lengthy, with baking spices, vanilla and hints of citrus.
