NOTE: Each cookie variety requires 1 lb. of cookie dough

Bake per package directions unless noted below

Snickerdoodles: Mix 1/4 cup cinnamon with 1/2 cup of sugar. Roll tablespoons of sugar cookie dough into balls, then roll in sugar mix. Arrange on cookie sheet

M&M’s Bars: Oil a 9" x 9" pan. Pat sugar cookie dough into the pan and sprinkle with M&M’s, pressing lightly. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25 min.

Candy Canes: Color half of sugar cookie dough with red food coloring. Form both halves of dough into 1/4"-thick ropes. Cut into 6" lengths, then twist colors together. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes before baking

Snow Balls: Mix sugar cookie dough with 2 cups chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup of flour. Form into a ball by the tablespoonful. Bake until just set, about 12 min. Roll in confectioner’s sugar and cool

Chocolate Hazelnut Tarts: Oil two mini cupcake pans. Press 1 Tbsp. of sugar cookie dough into each cup to form tart shells. Bake until golden, about 12 min. Cool and fill with chocolate hazelnut spread
