Chocolate Chip-Banana Muffins

About the Chef
Rebecca Hauser is a military wife and a proud mama of 3 little ones (including her newest addition, a baby boy, who has two excited big sisters). She currently resides in Florida and can’t wait to get back to the beautiful beaches. Some of her favorite things to do are taking photos and baking with anything that involves chocolate.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Line 12 muffin cups with muffin/cupcake liners (I used paper)

Mix all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl (Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt)

Mix mashed bananas, egg, butter, and milk in a separate bowl

Hand stir banana mixture into dry ingredients bowl (don’t overmix)

Stir in Chocolate Chips

Pour mixture into muffin liners and fill about ¾ full

Bake for about 26 minutes (until tops are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean)

Remove muffins from pan and let cool on a wire rack
