Coarsely chop the avocados, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, and garlic cloves. The dish is best with larger pieces of the ingredients, so don’t chop too finely

In a large bowl, combine chopped ingredients together. Carefully mash some of the avocado using a fork or potato masher. Add juice of one lime, salt and pepper and mix. Taste and add more lime juice or salt and pepper if necessary
