In a pan, sauté the onions for 3-4 mins until they are soft. In a bowl, mash the boiled beans till smooth

In the same bowl, add the onions, crumbled bread, cayenne pepper, Wellsley Farms Garlic and Herb Seasoning, salt and pepper

Mix well and make individual patties. Shallow fry them on medium heat until the sides have cooked and browned. Slice the onion buns in the middle and place your patties. I like my burger hot, so I add Sriracha hot sauce

For the salad, in a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Whisk well. Add this dressing to your Wellsley Farms Organic Spring Mix and top with Wellsley Farms Caesar Style Croutons for an extra punch
