Ingredients
Directions
1
Make your graham cracker crumb crust. First, I made the graham cracker crumbs by combining a full pack into a zip lock back and crushing the crumbs with my rolling pin. Next, I added my butter and granulated sugar to my crushed graham cracker crumbs which formed my soft crust. Lastly, add 2 tablespoons to the bottom of your parfait glasses
2
Make your rainbow cheesecake filling. In a mixing bowl, I blended together my powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Then I folded in my whipped topping and divided the mix into 5 bowls to make my different color layers using food coloring. After layering the colors one by one into the glass, I topped them off with some whipped topping and sprinkled marshmallow cereal to add to the finished look

Lastly, place your No-Bake Rainbow Cheesecake Parfaits into the fridge to chill for an hour and it is ready to serve
