Season chicken breast with salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a 12" skillet

Carefully add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side

Chicken will be done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, Fahrenheit

Once done, allow chicken to rest and then cut chicken into chunks

Arrange veggies, cheese, croutons, and chicken in a "rainbow" pattern if you please
7
Serve with your favorite dressing and enjoy
