Links are made from freshly ground pork butts and seasoned to perfection. Freshness is our best kept secret. We never use any frozen meats in any of our products. All of our beef, pork and veal are raised only in the US, proving us a high quality of food safety standards. Always thaw product prior to cooking. To ensure product is cooked thoroughly, use a cooking or meat thermometer to make sure sausage has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
